3.1 Registration Data. When you create an Account, we collect your chosen username, email address, date of birth, country of residence and, where applicable, your mobile phone number. This information is necessary to establish and maintain your Account.

3.2 Identity Verification (KYC) Data. To comply with our licensing and AML obligations, we may collect:

• Government-issued photo identity documents — for Pakistani users, this will typically include a Computerised National Identity Card (CNIC) or a valid passport;
• Proof of residential address (e.g., recent utility bill or bank statement);
• Selfie photographs or liveness-check video captures for biometric comparison;
• Payment method verification documents (e.g., bank account screenshot).

KYC documents must only be submitted via our official HTTPS verification portal. Never transmit identity documents via email, WhatsApp, social media or any other unsecured channel.

3.3 Financial Transaction Data. We collect records of deposits, withdrawals and wagering activity, including transaction amounts (in PKR or other currencies), payment method references and transaction timestamps. We do not store full card numbers; only truncated payment references necessary for KYC matching and AML monitoring are retained.

k1gem operates under an international licensing framework and may process or store Personal Data in jurisdictions outside your country of residence, including outside Pakistan. Where Personal Data is transferred to a jurisdiction that does not provide equivalent data protection standards to those in your home country, we will take appropriate safeguards to ensure the data remains protected. Such safeguards may include contractual protections (such as standard contractual clauses) or processing within jurisdictions that maintain adequacy determinations under applicable law.

By using the Platform, you acknowledge and consent to the transfer, storage and processing of your Personal Data in jurisdictions outside Pakistan, where necessary to provide the services described in these Terms. 12Minors & Age Restriction

The Platform is strictly intended for individuals aged 18 years and over — or the higher minimum age required by the operator's licensing jurisdiction. We do not knowingly collect or process Personal Data relating to persons under the minimum eligible age.

If we become aware that an Account has been created by or on behalf of a minor, we will immediately close the Account, delete the associated Personal Data (subject to any mandatory retention obligations) and, where applicable, report the matter to relevant authorities. If you interact directly with any third-party service — for example, by accessing a payment provider's own platform — your use of that service will be governed by that provider's own terms and privacy policy. k1gem is not responsible for the data practices of third-party services and encourages you to review each provider's privacy documentation independently.

14Policy Amendments

k1gem reserves the right to update or amend this Privacy Policy at any time. Where a change is material — for example, a change in the types of data we collect, the purposes for which we use it, or the parties with whom we share it — we will provide reasonable advance notice.
