01 Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the k1gem website, including all associated content, services, features and functionalities (collectively, the "Platform"). k1gem is an online gaming information and services platform operating under an internationally recognised licensing framework. k1gem does not hold, nor does it claim to hold, a gambling license issued by the Government of Pakistan, the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA), the State Bank of Pakistan (SBP) or any provincial authority of Pakistan.

These Terms apply to all users, including registered account holders and unregistered visitors. Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. We recommend that you review these Terms regularly.

If you are using the Platform from Pakistan, you acknowledge that Pakistan's Prevention of Gambling Act 1977 restricts gambling activities and that it is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. Nothing in these Terms constitutes legal advice.

02 Definitions

In these Terms, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context otherwise requires:

03 Account Eligibility

To register for and maintain an Account on the Platform, You must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

1. You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's licensing jurisdiction, whichever is greater.
2. You must be a natural person acting in your own personal capacity. Corporate entities, trusts and other legal persons are not eligible to hold Accounts.
3. You must not be a resident of, or physically located in, a Restricted Jurisdiction at the time of accessing or using the Platform.
4. You must not be a current or former employee, contractor, director or officer of k1gem, or a close family member of any such individual, unless express written consent has been provided by k1gem.
5. You must not be currently subject to a self-exclusion order on the Platform or any associated platform.
6. You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract in your jurisdiction of residence.
7. You must not have been previously excluded from the Platform for any breach of these Terms.

04 Account Registration & KYC

To access the full range of Platform features, including deposits, wagering and withdrawals, Users must complete the registration and identity verification process. By registering, You represent and warrant that all information provided is accurate, complete and up to date.

4.1 Single Account Policy. Each User is permitted to hold one Account only. The creation of multiple Accounts — whether under the same or different identities — for any purpose, including the acquisition of multiple bonuses or circumvention of limits or restrictions, constitutes a material breach of these Terms. k1gem reserves the right to close all duplicate Accounts and to forfeit any balances held within them.

4.2 KYC Documents. As part of the identity verification process, Users may be required to provide the following documentation:

• A valid government-issued photo identity document — for Pakistani residents, this will typically be a Computerised National Identity Card (CNIC) or a valid passport.
• Proof of current residential address, such as a recent utility bill, bank statement or official correspondence, dated within the preceding three months.
• A selfie or real-time liveness check, as required by the Platform's verification technology.
• Verification of the payment method used to deposit funds, such as a screenshot of the relevant bank or wallet account, where required.

4.3 Document Integrity. Users must not alter, obscure, forge or falsify any document submitted for KYC purposes. Submission of fraudulent documents constitutes a criminal offence and will result in immediate Account closure, forfeiture of funds and referral to the relevant authorities.

4.4 Secure Submission. All KYC documents must be submitted exclusively through the Platform's official HTTPS verification portal. You must not transmit sensitive identity documents via email, WhatsApp, social media or any other unsecured channel.

4.5 Ongoing Verification. k1gem reserves the right to request updated KYC documentation at any time, including prior to processing withdrawal requests. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in suspension of Account functionality.

05 Terms of Use

By accessing and using the Platform, You agree to comply with the following terms and to refrain from the following prohibited conduct:

5.1 Permitted Use. The Platform is made available solely for the personal, non-commercial entertainment use of eligible Users. You must use the Platform in good faith and in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations.

5.2 Prohibited Conduct. You must not engage in any of the following:

• Accessing the Platform from a Restricted Jurisdiction.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or other technological means to interact with the Platform, exploit games or circumvent security measures.
• Engaging in collusion with other Users to manipulate game outcomes.
• Engaging in arbitrage betting or any strategy designed to exploit pricing inefficiencies for guaranteed profit.
• Using the Platform to launder money or facilitate any other financial crime.
• Misrepresenting your identity or providing false information at any stage of the registration or verification process.
• Sharing your Account credentials with any third party or allowing any third party to access or use your Account.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile or otherwise interfere with the Platform's software or technical infrastructure.
• Publishing, reproducing or distributing any content from the Platform without prior written consent from k1gem.

5.3 Security Obligations. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials. You must notify k1gem immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account. k1gem shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.

06 Payments & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the Platform are subject to the following conditions. Users are advised to review the live cashier for current payment method availability, minimum and maximum deposit/withdrawal limits, applicable fees and estimated processing times prior to initiating any transaction.

6.1 Payment Methods. The Platform may reference familiar Pakistan-based payment methods including mobile wallet services and major bank transfers as contextual examples. Users should verify which payment methods are currently active in the cashier. The mention of Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank or Bank Alfalah does not imply that these providers endorse, affiliate with or support gambling in any manner.

6.2 Deposits. Deposits must be made using payment methods registered in the User's own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted. k1gem reserves the right to return deposits made from unverified or ineligible payment instruments.

6.3 Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests will only be processed following the completion of KYC verification. Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit, unless expressly agreed otherwise. k1gem reserves the right to request additional verification before processing withdrawal requests above specified thresholds.

6.4 Currency. Where transactions are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR), exchange rates and conversion fees applied by the relevant payment provider are outside the control of k1gem and are the User's sole responsibility.

6.5 AML Compliance. k1gem maintains strict Anti-Money Laundering controls. Unusual transaction patterns may trigger enhanced due diligence procedures. k1gem reserves the right to suspend withdrawal processing and request supporting documentation in connection with any transaction subject to AML review.

07 Bonuses & Promotions

k1gem offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible Users. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions attached to each individual promotion, which must be read in conjunction with these general Terms.

7.1 General Bonus Conditions. Unless expressly stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms:

• Bonuses are credited to the User's Bonus balance and are separate from the Real Money Balance.
• Bonus funds must be wagered in accordance with the applicable Wagering Requirement before any associated winnings may be withdrawn.
• Bonuses are available to one Account per household, per device, per IP address and per payment method. Where the Platform reasonably determines that multiple Accounts have been created to claim multiple bonuses, all such Accounts and associated balances may be closed and forfeited.
• k1gem reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time, with reasonable notice where practicable.
• Bonus terms, including Wagering Requirements, game contribution percentages and maximum bet limits applicable while a Bonus is active, are specified in the relevant promotion's terms. Users must comply with all such restrictions.

7.2 Illustrative Figures. Where bonus amounts or prize values are described on the Platform as "illustrative", "up to" or "example" figures, these represent maximum potential values subject to qualifying conditions. No guaranteed bonus or outcome is implied.

7.3 Loyalty Programme. The k1gem loyalty programme operates across tiered levels (including Bronze, Silver and Gold, as described on the Platform). Tier advancement, point calculation and reward availability are governed exclusively by the published Loyalty Programme Terms, which form part of these Terms by incorporation.

08 Responsible Gambling

k1gem is committed to promoting responsible gambling. Gambling is intended to be an entertaining activity and must not be used as a means of generating income, recovering financial losses or addressing financial difficulties.

8.1 Tools Available. Eligible Users may access the following responsible gambling tools through their Account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits — Set daily, weekly or monthly maximum deposit amounts.
• Loss Limits — Set a cap on the total amount that may be lost within a defined period.
• Session Time Limits — Restrict the duration of individual gaming sessions.
• Reality Checks — Receive periodic on-screen reminders of the time elapsed during a gaming session.
• Self-Exclusion — Temporarily or permanently block access to the Account for a minimum period of 6 months. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and, once activated, cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.
• Cool-Off Periods — Take a short break from gambling by temporarily restricting Account access.

8.2 Age Restriction. Access to the Platform is strictly limited to persons aged 18 years and over, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's licensing jurisdiction. k1gem will take all reasonable steps to prevent underage gambling, including enhanced age verification procedures.

8.3 Seeking Help. If you believe your gambling is causing harm, please seek assistance immediately. Contact our support team to activate self-exclusion or to discuss the responsible gambling tools available to you.

09 Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, icons, software, databases, user interfaces and audiovisual materials, is the proprietary intellectual property of k1gem or its duly licensed third-party content providers. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, publish or transmit any Platform content for commercial purposes;
• Modify, adapt, translate, create derivative works from or reverse-engineer any element of the Platform;
• Remove, obscure or alter any copyright, trademark or other proprietary notices displayed on or in connection with the Platform;
• Use any data mining, scraping or similar automated data extraction tools on the Platform.

Any use of the Platform's Intellectual Property beyond the scope of the licence granted herein requires prior written consent from k1gem. Unauthorised use may give rise to civil and criminal liability.

10 Limitation of Liability

10.1 No Warranties. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. k1gem makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the Platform's fitness for any particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, freedom from errors or accuracy of any content published thereon.

10.2 Exclusion of Consequential Loss. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, k1gem shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill or reputational harm, whether based in contract, tort, statute or otherwise, even if k1gem has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

10.3 Financial Losses. Gambling involves inherent financial risk. k1gem accepts no responsibility for any financial loss incurred by a User as a result of gambling activity on the Platform. Users participate in gambling activities entirely at their own risk and must only wager amounts they can afford to lose.

10.4 Force Majeure. k1gem shall not be liable for any failure or delay in the performance of its obligations resulting from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including acts of God, war, civil unrest, governmental action, power failures, telecommunications failures or other force majeure events.

10.5 Cap on Liability. Where liability cannot be excluded by law, k1gem's aggregate liability to any User shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11 Suspension & Termination

k1gem reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Provision of false, misleading or incomplete information during registration or verification;
• Suspected fraudulent activity, including but not limited to bonus abuse, collusion, arbitrage or money laundering;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe;
• Reasonable suspicion of underage gambling;
• A valid self-exclusion request by the Account holder;
• Receipt of a chargeback, payment dispute or reversal in connection with the Account;
• Direction by a relevant regulatory or law enforcement authority;
• Any other circumstances in which k1gem reasonably determines that continued Account access would be contrary to applicable law or these Terms.

Upon Account closure, any remaining Real Money Balance (less any outstanding bonus funds that do not meet withdrawal conditions) will be returned to the User through the original deposit payment method, subject to completed KYC and the absence of any outstanding disputes or investigations.

12 Privacy & Data

The collection, use, storage and disclosure of personal data submitted through the Platform is governed by k1gem's Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By accepting these Terms, You also accept the terms of the Privacy Policy.

k1gem processes personal data — including identity documents, contact details and financial information — for the purposes of account management, KYC/AML compliance, fraud prevention, customer support and, where consent has been given, marketing communications.

Users have rights in respect of their personal data, including the right to access, correct and, in certain circumstances, request deletion of their data, subject to applicable legal and regulatory retention obligations. For more information, please review the Privacy Policy.

13 Amendments

k1gem reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where a change is material, k1gem will provide reasonable notice, which may take the form of a prominent notification on the Platform, an email to the registered address associated with your Account, or both.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may close your Account by contacting support. It is your responsibility to check these Terms periodically for updates.

The date on which these Terms were most recently updated is displayed at the top of this page and constitutes the "Effective Date" of the current version.

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

14.1 Governing Law. These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising from or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the operator's licensing jurisdiction, as specified in the operator's published licensing documentation.

14.2 Jurisdiction. Subject to clause 14.3, the parties irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the licensing jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or their subject matter or formation.

14.3 Mandatory Local Law. Nothing in these Terms shall restrict or exclude any rights or remedies that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited under the mandatory laws of the User's jurisdiction of residence.

14.4 No Pakistan Regulatory Endorsement. k1gem does not claim approval, licensing or endorsement from the Government of Pakistan, PTA, SBP or any other Pakistani regulatory body. These Terms do not constitute a representation that use of the Platform is lawful under Pakistani law. Users must seek independent legal advice regarding their local obligations.
